Bullying occurs when someone intends to harm their targets and there is an imbalance of power and the acts are repeated. People can be bullied physically, verbally, racially, prejudicially and online through cyberbullyin.

Possible signs of bullying
- Mood swings, or a change in mood.
- A change in eating habits.
- A change in sleeping patterns.
- A loss of interest in activities.
- Headaches and stomach aches.
- Wanting to stay at home, be off school, avoid activities.
- A drop in school grades.
- Changes in friendships.
- Missing possessions.

- Tell an adult about the bullying. Bullying is not okay, is not your fault and you should not have to put up with it.
- If the bullying is happening online or through social media. Block the bullies so they cannot contact you.
- Surround yourself with people who make you feel good and remind yourself of what they like about you.
- Make a list of all your strengths, qualities and achievements.
- Make time to do things that make you happy and feel good.
