Self-esteem
Self-esteem is the way that we see and feel about ourselves, and throughout our lives we experience times where our self-esteem is healthy and we feel positive about our lives and ourselves, and other times we lack confidence and see ourselves in a more negative light. If our self esteem is low for a long period of time it can have a negative impact on our mental health and day to day lives.
