Mental wellbeing doesn’t have one set meaning. We might use it to talk about how we feel, how well we’re coping with daily life or what feels possible at the moment. Self-care is a great way to help maintain and improve our mental wellbeing and can include things such as exercise. Socialising with others, taking time to relax and looking after our bodies.
