  1. Feeling frightened, nervous or panicky all the time
  2. Constantly worrying, or experiencing negative thoughts
  3. Difficulty sleeping, or waking in the night with bad dreams
  4. Not eating properly, poor appetite
  5. Lack of concentration
  6. Quickly getting angry or feeling irritable, outbursts that are out of control for the smallest thing
  7. Always crying
  8. Being clingy
  9. Stomach ache and generally feeling unwell
